PURPOSE: A mobile phone improved an acoustic interference is provided to prevent an acoustic loss by separating a mic and an ear peace mechanically. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone improved an acoustic interference includes a main body(100) and a head portion(101). The main body is formed with a main body inclined face slanted to one side in a below side of the mobile phone and a guide rails in both ends of the main body inclined face. The head portion is formed with a head inclined face slanted opposed to a taper face of the main body in a upper face of the mobile phone and a guide grooves to be inserted each guide rail in both inner faces inside the main body inclined face. A mic(140) is installed at the most below part of a front side of the main body and a key pad is located in the main body inclined face. An ear peace(120) is installed in the most upper part of the head portion and LCD window(110) is located at the below of the ear peace.
