PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide biodegradable laminated paper in which working stability on lamination can be remarkably improved, and which has satisfactory heat sealability, and can be made easy-peelable as needed. SOLUTION: The biodegradable laminated paper is obtained by laminating a resin composition on at least one side of a paper base material to a thickness of 20 to 50μm. The resin composition comprises: (A) polylactic acid; and (B) lactic acid based aliphatic polyester containing 0.7 to 10 pts.wt. of lactic acid, wherein the content of the (B) is 20 to 80 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the (A).
