摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for controlling polyploidy of plants, comprising a step in which a recombinant vector including genes coding a two-in-one protein mutant derived from Arabidopsis thaliana is allowed to transform plant cells, thereby controlling the expression of the gene, a method for manufacturing transgenic plants for controlling polyploidy, comprising a step in which the recombinant vector including genes coding a two-in-one protein mutant is allowed to transform plants cells, and a composition for controlling the polyploidy of plants including the transgenic plants for controlling polyploidy manufactured by the method, the seed thereof and the recombinant vector with the gene coding the two-in-one protein mutant as active ingredients. In the present invention, disclosed is a new method for breeding plants with polyploidy whose potential value is high by controlling the expression of the two-in-one gene mutant derived from Arabidopsis thaliana.</p>
