<p>The present invention relates to an automatic control apparatus for the extraction and the retraction of a seatbelt for a vehicle, which is used to remove the inconvenient wearing feeling of the seatbelt for the safety of a passenger and which is capable of automatically maintaining the remainder of the seatbelt properly according to the body shape of the passenger wearing the seatbelt. The automatic control apparatus is capable of being automatically operated from when a wearer extracts the seatbelt in order to wear the seatbelt on the body thereof to when the wearer releases the seatbelt, thereby removing the inconvenience of oppression on the body. In addition, even if the seatbelt is additionally extracted by the excessive behavior of the body of the wearer, the automatic control apparatus is capable of being automatically operated to maintain the adjusted state of the seatbelt. According to the present invention, an automatic control apparatus for the extraction and the retraction of a seatbelt for a vehicle is installed between the buckle (4) and the seatbelt winding container (11) of the seatbelt (44) for a vehicle, is capable of automatically controlling the extraction and the retraction of the seatbelt (44) for a vehicle, and comprises: a main switch part operated when the seatbelt (44) is locked by the buckle (4) or the seatbelt (44) is additionally extracted; a braking solenoid (S) driven by the main switch part; a motor (M) driven by the main switch part; a control system (27) controlling the driving the motor (M); a supporting plate part operated by the motor (M); a pressing plate part moved by being coupled to the supporting plate part; and gear assemblies (5, 50, and 510) moving the supporting plate and the pressing plate part so that the seatbelt (44) can be pressed or released when the motor (M) is driven according to a predetermined value of the control system (27).</p> |
