A roll stiffness adjusting device of a commercial vehicle of the present invention comprises: tie rods (3) respectively fixated to a left tie rod arm (4-1) and connected to an LH wheel (20-1) and a right tie rod arm (4-2) of an RH wheel (20-2) vertically arranged in a vehicle width direction; a pair of first and second stabilizer rods (5-1, 5-2) connected between the tie rods (3) and a vehicle body frame (10); a bearing (7) to allow left/right sliding movements of the tie rods (3); and a bush (9) to allow up/down vertical movements of the stabilizer rods (5-1, 5-2). According to the present invention, roll stiffness required on an entire vehicle is made by the tie rods, thereby applying the stabilizer rods (5-1, 5-2) having simplified shapes, and remarkably improving the limitations to the degree of freedom of a layout by deleting the stabilizer rods (5-1, 5-2) if the entire vehicle roll stiffness made by the tie rods (3) is met. |
