a substrate; a plurality of anodes disposed on the substrate; an auxiliary electrode disposed on the substrate, spaced apartfrom the plurality of anodes; an organic layer disposed on the plurality of anodes; an opening penetrating the organic layer to expose the auxiliary electrode; and a cathode electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode through the opening, wherein the opening has a first width at a proximal end and a second width at a distal end, wherein the distal end is closer to the auxiliary electrode than the proximal end and the first width is smaller than the second width.
