<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby audio-visual of an analog television signal can be attained with excellent image quality even in the case of a television audio-visual apparatus capable of providing various services under the management of a server or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An audio-visual management system includes: the audio-visual apparatus that allows a liquid crystal display to display video contents, allows a user to view the video contents, generates a video signal to display the video contents selected by the user, generates a video signal whose horizontal synchronizing frequency is converted into a horizontal synchronizing frequency suitable for the liquid crystal display, and displays the video signal on the liquid crystal display; and an audio-visual management apparatus that stores audio-visual restriction information for restricting audio-visual of the video contents in the audio-visual apparatus, and controls the operation of the audio-visual apparatus as to display of the selected video contents on the basis of the audio-visual restriction information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
