<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve prolongation of a pulse width of a pulse-shaped high voltage applied to a discharge electrode from a secondary winding of a winding transformer in a simple and compact configuration.SOLUTION: An ion generating device 1 applies a pulse-shaped high voltage to a discharge electrode 7 from a secondary winding 6b of a winding transformer 6 and generates corona discharge from the discharge electrode 7. Between both ends of the secondary winding 6b of the winding transformer 6 or between one end of the secondary winding 6b and a ground potential part 9, a capacitive element 3 is connected which has a capacitive value set so that a pulse width of the pulse-shaped high voltage outputted from the secondary winding 6b is made prolonged.</p> |
