The plate has a base body (1) provided with a large slot (3), whose edge is protected by a steel coating ring (4), and provided with a shoulder on the edge of the slot. The shoulder is parallel to a plane of the plate and surrounded with two portions of the base body, where portions are perpendicular to the plane. The ring has a shoulder (9) complementary to the shoulder of the body surrounded with parallel portions (10, 11) adaptable to the portions of the body, such that the body and the ring are coupled using the shoulders and fixation screws (2) perpendicular to the plane.
