An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner is provided to minimize the restriction in the outdoor unit installation position by arranging selectively usable service valves in different locations. An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner comprises a cabinet(10), selectively usable service valves provided in different locations in the cabinet(21-24), a valve cover(50) formed in order to cover the service valve not in use, and a fastening unit connecting the service valves to the cabinet. The fastening unit includes a bracket(32) combined in the cabinet and connection pipes(33,34) equipped in the bracket to connect to the service valves.
