摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination iron core for a rotary electric machine that is able to restrict occurrence of a gap between core sheets and warp in the core sheets while restricting an increase in caulking load when caulking core sheets.SOLUTION: A lamination iron core 10 has a plurality of core sheets 12 arranged in layers. Each of the core sheets 12 has an annular part 14, and a plurality of teeth 16 formed radially along the outer periphery of the annular part 14. A projection 22 and a hole 24 are alternately formed at the leading ends of the teeth 16 of each core sheet 12. A projection 32 and a hole 34 are alternately formed on the annular part 14 of each core sheet 12. The core sheets 12 are arranged so as to stagger by one tooth. Overlapping core sheets 12 are fixed such that the projections 22, 32 of one core sheet 12 fit in the holes 24, 34 of the other core sheet 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
