摘要 The present invention provides a capacitive deionizer capable of scaling up by letting fluidized active materials run in the space between an electrode and a separation membrane, and improving the efficiency in deionization and reducing operation costs by inserting conductive foams to reduce an electric resistance in the same space. To achieve this, the deionizer of the present invention comprises: exchange membranes selectively passing ions from an electrolyte; electrodes which are installed to be separated from the exchange membranes to form a flow path and which provide an electric field for the electrolyte; and conductive members which are located in the flow path, connect the exchange membranes and electrodes electrically, and pass the active materials adsorbing the ions passed through the exchange membranes.
