PURPOSE: A paste composition for electrodes of a solar battery is provided to improve short current, increase fill factor, and increase conversion efficiency of the solar battery. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition for electrodes of a solar battery comprises a conductive power mixture, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle. The conductive power mixture comprises 1-10wt% of a conductive powder with an average particle diameter of 1-100nm; and 90-99wt% of a conductive powder with an average particle diameter(D_50) is 0.5-5 microns. The specific surface area of the conductive powder with an average particle diameter of 1-100nm is 3.0-30m2/g and the specific surface area of the conductive powder with an average particle diameter of 0.5-5microns is 0.1-2.0m^2/g.
