<p>The present invention relates to a laser pattern processed decorative plate and a method of manufacturing the same, which is able to realize a variety of patterns with a relatively simple process without being limited to a material quality of a decorative plate, thus enhancing durability of the decorative plate itself, economic feasibility of a manufacturing process as well as an aesthetic sense of the decorative plate attached to a belt buckle and a handbag. As a configuration principle for achieving this, a technical feature for manufacturing the decorative plate includes: a primer coating step of forming a coating layer on a decorative plate having a smooth surface of a non-metallic material that is basically based on formaica, with a primary ultraviolet ray coating, to facilitate forming a pattern by a laser; a vacuum plating step of forming a plating layer having a powdery effect on the decorative plate undergone the primer coating to realize a function of a reflective layer of a corresponding decorative pattern through a laser marking while improving strength, durability, and corrosion resistance of a product; a pattern forming step of processing the decorative pattern with respect to a surface (one side exposed to outside) of the decorative plate undergone the vacuum plating (plating deposition) by laser to form a decorative layer of a corresponding decorative pattern embossed on the plating layer; and a top coating step of forming a coating layer on the plating layer of the decorative plate in which a pattern layer is unevenly formed by a laser processing treatment through pattern formation with a secondary ultraviolet ray coating so that the decorative layer is not discolored and prevented from being damaged.</p> |
