The present invention relates to a thermostat housing, which is made of plastic by molding in order to reduce the weight of a vehicle. A plastic thermostat housing (A) comprises a thermostat settlement unit which is a passage connected to one side of a radiator in the upper part and has a thermostat inserted therein; a cylinder coupling unit (120) which is a passage connected to the inside of a vehicle engine cylinder in the lower part and is tightly sealed between cylinders; a radiator connecting unit which is connected to the other side of the radiator by a hose on the left side of the thermostat settlement unit (110); a heater core output unit (140) and an input unit (150) which circulate a heater core and hot water in the right upper end and the lower end of the thermostat settlement unit (110) respectively; a pumping pressure input unit (160) which is connected to a water pump in the direction inclined to the right lower part of the thermostat settlement unit (110); a secondary cooling water input unit and a secondary cooling water output unit (171, 172) which are secondarily used to a part where a small amount of cooling water needs to be circulated in the location inclined to the right upper part and to the left lower part respectively; and one or more air discharging pipes (181, 182) for easily discharging air generated during the circulation of cooling water in the upper and lower part on the other side of the left side. The present invention provides a plastic thermostat housing structure (A) and a new injection mold device for molding the same.
