<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a novel structure of metal edge member capable of simply completing a formation process by significantly simplifying a manufacturing process by a simple structure. According to the present invention, the apparatus for forming a novel structure of a metal edge member comprises: a supply unit (31) continuously supplying a thin strip-shaped object to be processed (M); a roll forming unit (32) which is positioned on the front of the supply unit (31) to form the object to be processed (M) and has multiple forming rolls (35) to bend both widthwise sides of the object to be processed (M) while the object to be processed (M) passes; a bending unit (33) which is positioned on the front of the roll forming unit (32) to bend the objected to be processed (M) by the forming roll (35) in a ring shape; and a welding unit (34) which welds the both end parts of the ring-shaped object to be processed (M) bent by the bending part (33). The bending part (33) includes: a roller unit (36) which includes multiple bending rollers (38) bending the object to be processed (M) at a predetermined curvature and a guide roller (39); a guide plate (37) which is positioned on the front of the roller unit (36) to guide one end of the object to be processed (M) to a predetermined position; and a pusher (53) which is positioned on one side of the roller unit (36) so that one end of the object to be processed (M) can correspond to the other end of the object to be processed (M) guided by the guide plate (37).</p> |
