PURPOSE: A mouthpiece type toothbrush is provided to enable users to repetitively pulling a line for easily and smoothly brush their teeth regardless of the time and place. CONSTITUTION: A mouthpiece type toothbrush comprises the following: a body unit(110) including an insertion groove on the upper and lower sides for inserting the upper teeth and the lower teeth; a first brush unit(130) rotatably installed inside the insertion groove for brushing the front teeth, the canine teeth, and frontal grinding teeth; a second brush unit(150) rotating with the first brush, and brushing the rear grinding teeth; and a driver(170) forward rotating or reverse rotating the first and second brush units.
