LEAK SENSOR FOR SENSING MOISTURE

Disclosed is a property detection leak sensor formed into a tape or a sheet attached to a place expected to leak without an extra bracket capable of quickly detecting the leakage of a fluid. For the above effects, the disclosed property detection leak sensor comprises: a conductive fluid penetration layer formed to be conductive, and penetrated by a fluid flowing from the outside; an insulating fluid absorption layer installed in the lower side of the conductive fluid penetration layer absorbing the fluid penetrating the conductive penetration layer; and a conductor layer installed in the lower side of the insulating fluid absorption layer insulated from the conductive fluid penetration layer by the insulating fluid absorption layer, wherein the fluid allows an electric current to be applied between the conductive fluid penetration layer and the conductor layer when absorbed into the insulating fluid absorption layer. According to the present invention, the entire gap between the electrodes is not required to be connected to each other by the leakage of the fluid even if a small amount of fluid is leaked, thereby immediately performing sensing even when a small amount of fluid is leaked.
