PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration for molding one member more easily and reliably in a pedestal, in a manufacturing apparatus of a flat battery including a holding portion for holding any one of a positive electrode material or a negative electrode material, and a flange to be held between an outer can and an end-sealing can.SOLUTION: A molding device (50) includes a forming die (61) for supporting the flange of a positive electrode ring (44) by the edge portion of the opening of a through hole (61a), a columnar member (62) arranged in the through hole (61a), and a press member (54a) for pushing a positive electrode mixture into a holding section, by holding the positive electrode ring (44) and the positive electrode mixture, supported by the forming die (61), between the columnar member (62) and the press member (54a). The forming die (61) and columnar member (62) are configured to move relatively so as to hold the positive electrode ring (44) and positive electrode mixture between the press member (54a) and columnar member (62) at the opening. |
