PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented milk with reduced syneresis, even in the case of having a low fat percentage; and a manufacturing method thereof. ! SOLUTION: Adjusted raw material is heat sterilized, and then cooled, to which lactic acid bacteria are added for fermentation to produce the fermented milk.
