The present invention provides a beta prime subunit mutant of an RNA polymerase, a microorganism of Corynebacterium spp including a polynucleotide encoding the same, and a method for producing L-lysine by culturing the same microorganism. The beta prime subunit mutant of an RNA polymerase has amino sequences of which one to five amino acids from 957-1284 amino acids in amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 are substituted by other amino acids. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the production of L-lysine can be increased by using the beta prime subunit mutant of the RNA polymerase, the polynucleotide encoding the same, a vector including the same polynucleotide, and the microorganism. |
