PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery monitoring system, semiconductor circuit, disconnection detection program, and disconnection detection method which are capable of properly detecting disconnection of a signal line of a battery to which a discharge circuit for discharging is connected.SOLUTION: By an initialization operation, a state is set in which a difference between a voltage of a signal line Vn and an own threshold voltage Vx is charged in a capacitor C1 of a comparison circuit 26, and a state is set in which a difference between a voltage of a signal line Vn-1 and an own threshold voltage Vx is charged to a capacitor C2. In a comparison operation, by using a voltage adjustment unit ILn+1, a disconnection detection current is drawn from a signal line Ln, and a signal line Lc and the capacitors C1 and C2 are connected so as to input a voltage DVn to the capacitors C1 and C2. If an output OUT is an L level, it is detected that there is no disconnection, and if the output OUT is a H level, it is detected that there is disconnection. |
