<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a probiotic in a solid phase using activated liquid of effective microorganisms. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for producing a probiotic in a solid phase which can be used for deodorization, antibacterial purposes, or the like from the activated liquid of effective microorganisms. The method includes the steps of: crushing dried leaves of stevia; obtaining a liquid extract from a crushed product of the dried stevia leaves; manufacturing a solid catalyst by mixing the liquid extract with a crushed product of defatted soybean meal; mixing a diluted product, obtained by diluting the solid catalyst with water, molasses, liquid of fresh stevia leaves, live yeast, and effective microorganism powder; activating and ripening a liquid mixture obtained by the earlier step; and ripening the liquid mixture ripened by the earlier step after mixing the liquid mixture with a diluting agent and fermenting the liquid mixture containing the diluting agent. According to the present invention, the probiotic is produced by using the effective microorganism powder, obtained from stevia, as a catalyst. Therefore, a production period of the probiotic is reduced. A process of producing the probiotic is simplified; and thus production costs of the probiotic are reduced.</p> |
