The present invention is to provide a system and a method of managing shops in a university capable of providing users and shops with convenience and stability by sharing predicted products for sale and floating population interlocked with electronic data in a university. The present invention comprises: an information extracting unit for receiving university information including predicted products for sale and floating population in the university interlocked with electronic data of the university; an analysis processing unit for analyzing the university information received by the information extracting unit so as to categorize them into pieces of information to be applied to business of each shop; an information producing unit for producing information data by producing database of the information to be provided to each shop based on the information categorized by the analysis processing unit; a communication unit for transmitting the information data produced by the information producing unit to a corresponding shop and receiving shop information from each shop; an information categorizing unit for categorizing the shop information received by the communication unit by each shop; an information renewal unit for comparing the shop information of each shop to the shop information categorized by the information categorizing unit so as to renew the shop information; and a shop information outputting unit for outputting shop information renewed by the information renewal unit (280) if requested by a user.
