The present invention relates to portable cosmetics with a mesh part comprising: an outer container (10) having an upper part opened to have an accommodation space (11) prepared inside; an inner container (20) accommodated in the accommodation space (11) and having an upper part opened to accommodate cosmetics in liquid state or cream state inside; a mesh part (30) installed above the cosmetics accommodated in the inner container (20); a ring-shaped guide member (40) installed around the mesh part (30); a container cover (50) for covering the opened upper part of the outer container (10); and cosmetics (2) accommodated in the inner container (20). The present invention as configured above, can be used easily as cosmetics in liquid state or cream state can be carried easily like make-up cosmetics and a proper amount of cosmetics are absorbed into a puff by only lightly pressurizing the mesh part in the inner container using the puff.
