DEVICE FOR REINFORCING BEARING FRAME

The invention relates to construction and can be used for reinforcing bearing column frames, partitions and brick piers. The device for reinforcing bearing frames comprises a metal frame (2), mounted onto a strengthened structure, e.g. a column (1), and made of vertical elements of an angled profile (3) connected by cross plates (4). To provide a prestress in the metal frame hydraulic jacks (5) are used installed in the bottom part of the device and a cross bar (6) fixed to the metal frame and made of two symmetrically arranged bearing channel bars (7) tied by bolt connections (8) able to thrust into cross plates (4) and rest onto the hydraulic jacks (5) having an effort fixer. The jacks (5) rest through distribution devices (9) on lower support elements (10) installed in bedding course. Cross plates (11) of the metal frame (2) adjacent with cross plates (4), being a support for channel cross bars (6) are elongated with projecting beyond the frame ends for strengthening an additional support for the cross bar. The technical result provides to broaden the use of the device for reinforcing bearing column frames having horizontal or inclined support surfaces in the upper part, to reduce materials consumption and reduce labour intensity due to more rational design of the thrust device.
