A group of inventions relates to agriculture, in particular, to production of granulated mineral fertilizers. A process for producing organic mineral fertilizer is characterized in that the mineral fertilizer is treated with sodium benzoate solution in deionized water, in which Yucca Schidigera extract and humic preparation of vegetable origin is added with permanent agitation. After that the obtained solution is mixed with NF dispenser and sprayed on the mineral fertilizer in a granulator using hot compressed air. After that the ready product is cooled and packed. The ready product comprises the Yucca Schidigera extract, humic preparation of vegetable origin, sodium benzoate, NF dispenser, residual water and mineral fertilizer with the following ingredients ratio (in g per 1 kg of fertilizer): Yucca Schidigera extract - 0.06-0.08; humic preparation of vegetable origin - 0.04-0.06; sodium benzoate - 0.0002-0.004; NF dispenser - 0.0001-0.0003; residual water - 0.56-0.58; mineral fertilizer - 1 kg. A group of inventions permits to reduce total costs for introducing fertilizers and dressing, to provide to yield ecologically-safe agricultural production, and to support soil fertility at minimum effect on environment, to improve economical effectiveness of fertilizer use, to develop premises for reducing rate of application herbicides of contact action and to reduce dangerous chemical load on the environment. |
