PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a component, from among natural products with high safety, having an anti-aging effect or a whitening effect, and to provide an anti-aging agent and a whitening agent with the component as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: A heating and pressurizing treatment material of rice koji is contained as the active ingredient of the anti-aging agent and a whitening agent of the invention. And the heating and pressurizing treatment material of rice koji is combined into a skin cosmetic and a food and drink of the invention. In the above anti-aging agent, the above heating and pressurizing treatment material is preferable to have one or more effects selected from the group consisting of a filaggrin production-promoting effect, a profilaggrin production-promoting effect, a fibroblast proliferation-promoting effect, and an epidermal keratinocyte proliferation-promoting effect. And in the above whitening agent, the above heating and pressurizing treatment material is preferable to have a melanogenesis inhibitory effect and/or a melanin uptake inhibitory effect. |
