<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro relay that suppresses sticking and an increase in contact resistance between movable contacts and fixed contacts.SOLUTION: The micro relay includes fixed contacts 1 formed on a first surface 71 of a base 7, a movable part 3, a fixed part 4 surrounding the movable part 3, and a drive device 13 for driving the movable part 3. The movable part 3 includes a plate-shaped rocker 31 rockingly supported on the fixed part 4 via support beams 5, contact holders 33 connected to the rocker 31 via pressing spring bodies 32 and provided with the movable contacts, and an armature 8 integrated with the rocker 31. The micro relay is provided with deceleration springs 35. The deceleration springs 35 each have a first end 35a facing the fixed part 4 connected to the fixed part 4 closer to the first surface 71 of the base 7 than a virtual plane containing a surface of the rocker 31 in a horizontal state away from the first surface 71, and a second end 35b facing the contact holder 33 located closer to the virtual plane than the first end 35a.</p> |
