PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device which has a low noise floating structure and is easily assembled. SOLUTION: A core fixture includes a core fixed part fixed to a core, a case fixed part fixed to a case, a biasing part contacting with an inner side surface of the case and biasing the core away from the case, and a joining part joining the core fixed part, the case fixed part, and an end of the biasing part.
