<p>The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating obesity, and more specifically, to a composition containing a red ginseng composite as an active ingredient. The composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating obesity according to the present invention has an antioxidant effect in vivo; an anti-inflammatory effect in vivo; effects of inhibiting lipase activity, 3T3-L1 preadipocyte differentiation, expression of PPARgamma and C/EBPalpha which are proteins involved in adipocyte differentiation; an effect of reducing leptin levels in serum; and effects of decreasing the adipocyte size and the weight of perinephric fat.</p> |
