A disclosed optical film includes: a high refractive index pattern layer where a lens pattern area having a number of engraved grooves with a shape whose depth is larger than width thereof and a pattern-free area without any pattern are formed in turn; and a low refractive index pattern layer which is formed with a material with a lower refractive index than the refractive index of the high refractive index pattern layer, and includes a number of filling parts filling the grooves.
