<p>The method comprises: - measuring an outside ambient temperature (OAT); - measuring an inside ambient temperature (IAT); - measuring a windscreen temperature (WT), which can be influenced by the sun position relative to the cabin; - determining a reference temperature (Tref) according to the following rules: if OAT > IAT +δ, then Tref = OAT if IAT > OAT -δ, then Tref = IAT whereδis a predetermined value which can be positive or negative - comparing WT and Tref; - ifΔ= (WT - Tref) is higher than a predetermined threshold value (Δth), activating a compensation process (C) comprising modifying at least one operational parameter of the thermal control system in order to reduce the thermal effect of the solar radiation through the windscreen for a cabin occupant.</p> |
