<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable supporting smooth business.SOLUTION: A coordination business supporting device according to an embodiment of the disclosure includes a voice analysis unit, a role identification unit, and a communication control unit. The voice analysis unit analyzes voice per user by use of a keyword list in which keywords are classified on the basis of the concept and intension of speech of the keywords, and obtains the voice analysis result per user associating an included keyword and the classification of the keyword, if it was determined that voice per user includes the keyword. The role identification unit identifies the role of a user according to the classification of the keyword, and obtains correspondence relation between the user and the role of the user. If the voice includes the name of the role, the communication control unit refers to the correspondence relation and conveys the voice to one or more users corresponding to the role.</p> |
