PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting circuit in which a light-emitting element normally lights when the circuit is connected to an electronic transformer, and to provide a lighting fixture.SOLUTION: There is provided a lighting circuit including an input section, an output section, a rectifier circuit, first and second switching circuits, a dimmer-signal generating circuit, and first and second control sections. The input section is connected to a control device outputting an AC voltage. The output section is connected to a light-emitting section. The rectifier circuit converts an AC voltage into a rectified voltage. The first switching circuit converts the rectified voltage into a first voltage by a first switching element. The second switching circuit converts the first voltage into a DC second voltage by a second switching element, and outputs the second voltage to the output section. The dimmer-signal generating circuit generates a dimmer signal. The first control section controls the first switching element so that a current through the input section is more than or equal to a predetermined value. The second control section controls the second switching element so that the second voltage has a voltage value according to the dimmer signal. |
