<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing an ITO sintered body and an ITO sintered body using the same. In the method according to the present invention, heating efficiency and electric properties can be improved since the resistance is low even after ITO is coated and sintered. Moreover, a sintered body which has a large ITO particle size and does not coarsen even after being sintered can be provided. Thus, as applied fields utilizing ITO, the qualities of a display EL panel light-emitting surface electrode, a liquid crystal panel, a transparent switch, and a surface heater can be remarkably improved. Moreover, sintering does not need to be performed at a high temperature, so that sintering can be performed on a flexible plastic substrate as well as a glass substrate or a ceramic substrate.</p> |
