<p>The present invention relates to a steam oven range. The steam oven range comprises: a cavity forming a cook space to accommodate a food; a cook top unit arranged on an upper part of the cavity and has a plurality of cook top burners; a back guard extended upward from a rear side of the cook top unit; a steam supply unit which generates steam and supplies the steam to the cook space; a water supply tube transferring water to the steam supply unit; and a water tank attached to and detached from a water tank mounting space formed on one side of the back guard, and accommodates water supplied to the steam supply unit through the water supply tube. According to the present invention, the steam oven range can prevent the capacity of the oven unit from being reduced due to the volume of the water tank; can solve a problem of stopping the supply of steam during cooking by increasing sufficiently the capacity of the water tank regardless of the capacity of the oven unit; can be excellent in thermal safety by arranging the water tank in a space maintained at low temperature when compared to the temperature of the oven part; and can increase user convenience, washing performance, and the cleanliness by having a removable structure.</p> |
