PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of a flexible pipe superior even in work efficiency, and capable of surely receiving axial force of a reinforcing strip, without excessively bending the reinforcing strip, without using a special reinforcing strip. SOLUTION: In this terminal structure 20, a protective layer 13 of an end part of the flexible pipe 1 is separated. That is, an axial force reinforcing layer 11 is exposed. The end part vicinity of the protective layer 13 is fixed by a holder 21. In a part of separating the protective layer 13, an internal pressure resistant reinforcing layer 9 is fixed by a fixing member 27. The reinforcing strip 17 is joined to an outer peripheral surface of the fixing member 27. A wire rod 33 is wound on the outer periphery of the reinforcing strip 17 joined to the fixing member 27. The wire rod 33 is, for example, a piano wire. The wire rod 33 for pressing down the reinforcing strip 17 from the outer periphery is continuously wound up to a surface of the internal pressure resistant reinforcing layer 9 from a joining part with the fixing member 27 of the reinforcing strip 17.
