PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable self-adhesive sheet for a self-adhesive label that can be simply peeled and removed in a regeneration process, and can be peeled easily even by hand. SOLUTION: The removable self-adhesive sheet is produced by lamination of a peelable sheet, self-adhesive layer, and surface base material, wherein the self-adhesive layer comprises an aqueous emulsion containing an acrylic copolymer and tackifier and an aqueous dispersion type self-adhesive composition containing a crosslinking agent, and the monomer component comprising the acrylic copolymer comprises 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, and an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a carboxy group, and the content of the 2-ethylhexyl acrylate in the monomer component is at least 90 mass%, while the content of the acrylonitrile is 0.5-5 mass%, and the gel fraction of the adhesive layer is 40-80 mass%.
