PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of increasing a transmission rate and improving transmission quality.SOLUTION: A receiving antenna element 20_1 is installed at a first intense electric field point where a direct wave in radio waves transmitted from a transmission antenna element 10_1 and a reflection wave are mutually multiplexed with the same phase, and a receiving antenna element 20_2 is installed at a second intense electric field point where a direct wave in radio waves transmitted from a transmission antenna element 10_2 and a reflection wave are mutually multiplexed with the same phase. The transmission antenna element 10_1 is installed at a position where a direct wave reaching the second intense electric field point in the radio waves transmitted from the transmission antenna element 10_1 and a reflection wave reaching the second intense electric field point are mutually multiplexed with inverse phases, and the transmission antenna element 10_2 is installed at a position where a direct wave reaching the first intense electric field point in the radio waves transmitted from the transmission antenna element 10_2 and a reflection wave reaching the first intense electric field point are mutually multiplexed with inverse phases.
