PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for deciding a transaction price by a buyer after acquiring the commodity.SOLUTION: A transaction management server comprises: a commodity DB; an exhibitor DB; an exhibition information acquisition part; a selection information acquisition part; an evaluation information acquisition part; a price calculation part; and a price determination part. The commodity DB records an identifier of an exhibitor, a selling desired price, evaluation information, and a price with evaluation condition. The exhibitor DB records the evaluation information for each exhibitor. The selection information acquisition part acquires information indicating whether a selling desired price style or an evaluation variable price style is selected from a buyer computer. The evaluation information acquisition part acquires the evaluation information. The price calculation part calculates an adjustment purchase price based on the evaluation information. The price determination part determines a transaction price. The selling desired price is a price more expensive than the price with evaluation condition. The adjustment purchase price becomes higher as evaluation indicated by the evaluation information is higher, and becomes lower as the evaluation indicated by the evaluation information is lower.
