PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide trunk structure of an in-warehouse of a chip exclusive ship capable of accessing from an upper stool to a lower stool even when a chip or ballast water is loaded in a central cargo hold of the chip exclusive ship.SOLUTION: In a plan view recess part (trough part) of a standing-type corrugated in-warehouse transverse bulkhead of a junction of a side shell side of the standing-type corrugated in-warehouse transverse bulkhead provided in between a central cargo hold and a cargo hold of a chip exclusive ship, a plan view box-shaped access trunk with a flexible structure is formed vertically from an upper stool to a lower stool.
