The present invention relates to a method for photo-culturing and harvesting microalgae, and more specifically, to a method for photo-culturing and harvesting microalgae, wherein the culturing efficiency of microalgae can be improved by applying a light emitting diode (LED) as a light source; the operational costs can be reduced and the scope of the application of microalgae can be widened by applying a natural polymer coagulant and micro air bubbles; and microalgae which have a maximal concentration despite a low yield can be produced for a short time by applying a semi-continuous culture method.
