PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a terminator use widely in a microwave circuit that the line conductor is upsized as the input power increases to narrow a band capable of impedance matching, and the power handling capability lowers due to distribution of heating when converting microwaves into heat.SOLUTION: A terminator includes a circular resistor, a conductive via for connection with the resistor, a conductive pattern for connection with the conductive via, and a conductive via for connection with the conductive pattern and a micro strip line or a triplate line. |
