PURPOSE:To spray stably a liquid contg. a large amt. of dissolved air by providing a nozzle so as to face a pressurizing chamber, oscillating the nozzle by an electrical oscillator, receiving the liquid overflowing from the nozzle in a liquid tank part and feeding the liquid to the pressurizing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 17 is oscillated by an electrical oscillator 16, and a liquid tank part 19 is provided in the position lower than the nozzle 17 so that the liquid 35 overflowing from the nozzle 17 is admitted into said part. A pressurizing chamber 13 and the part 19 are connected by a connecting part 21. The liquid contg. a large amt. of dissolved air is thus extremely stably sprayed by the extremely simple and compact constitution and the outflow of the overflowing liquid owing to the oscillation of the nozzle is prevented.
