PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high capacity multilayered ceramic capacitor improved in mounting density, and a board on which a multilayered ceramic capacitor is mounted.SOLUTION: A multilayered ceramic capacitor includes: a ceramic body 110 including a dielectric layer 111 and satisfying T/W>1.1 when a width thereof is defined as W and a thickness thereof is defined as T; a first internal electrode 121 having a first lead part; a second internal electrode 122 disposed to face the first internal electrode 121 with the dielectric layer 111 interposed therebetween and having a second lead part; a first external electrode 131 electrically connected to the first lead part and formed to be extended from the side surface having the first lead part exposed thereto, to at least one of first and second main surfaces; a second external electrode 132 electrically connected to the second lead part and formed to be extended from the side surface having the second lead part exposed thereto, to at least one of the first and second main surfaces; and an insulating layer formed to cover exposed regions of the first and second lead parts and the first and second external electrodes 131, 132.
