摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting apparatus capable of increasing the light quantity.SOLUTION: An LED lighting apparatus A1 includes: an LED light emission part 3 having a plurality of LED chips 31; a substrate 2 having a principal surface 2a for supporting the LED light emission part 3; and a lens 4 for refracting light from the LED light emission part 3. The lens 4 has: an annular surface 41 being in parallel to the principal surface 2a and having an inner peripheral edge 41a and an outer peripheral edge 41b; and a light incident recessed part 42 recessed from the inner peripheral edge 41a of the annular surface 41, on which the light from the LED light emission part 3 is incident. As viewed from the z-axis direction, the inner peripheral edge 41a of the annular surface 41 is included within the principal surface 2a, and the LED light emission part 3 is arranged inside the inner peripheral edge 41a of the annular surface 41. The distance H0 between the principal surface 2a and the annular surface 41 is smaller than the distance H2 between a portion of the LED light emission part 3 farthest from the principal surface 2a and the principal surface 2a.
