<p>The present invention relates to a clean production system in anodizing and an operation method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a clean production system in anodizing, comprising a first treatment chamber configured to perform a positive electrode oxidization process; an ion-exchange device configured to purify wastewater containing sulfuric acid discharged from the first treatment chamber to an aqueous sulfuric acid solution, the ion-exchange device being connected to first treatment chamber by tubing such that the aqueous sulfuric acid solution purified in the ion-exchange device is inputted in the first treatment chamber; a second treatment chamber configured to perform a first water washing process; an electrodialysis device configured to concentrate wastewater discharged from the second treatment chamber to an aqueous sulfuric acid solution, the electrodialysis device being connected to the first treatment chamber by tubing such that the aqueous sulfuric acid solution concentrated in the electrodialysis device is inputted in the first treatment chamber; a third treatment chamber configured to perform a second water washing process; and a nanofilter configured to filter wastewater discharged from the third treatment chamber, the nanofilter being connected to the second treatment chamber and the third treatment chamber by tubing such that the treatment water filtered in the nanofilter is inputted in the second treatment chamber and the third treatment chamber; and an operation method thereof.</p> |
