PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shift device which can improve the positional accuracy of a rotation center of an operation member.SOLUTION: In a shift lever device 10, a retainer 102 is formed with a support shaft 116, and a shift lever plate 12 is formed with a support hole 16. The retainer 102 is slid in an axial direction of the support shaft 116 with respect to the shift lever plate 12, whereby the support shaft 116 is inserted into the support hole 16, so that the shift lever plate 12 rotatably supports the retainer 102. Consequently, the positional accuracy of the support shaft 116 with respect to the retainer 102 and the positional accuracy of the support hole 16 with respect to the shift lever plate 12 can be increased, whereby the positional accuracy of a rotation center of the retainer 102 can be improved. |
