PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a long-term reliability by improving an adhesion property between a metal foil that is a current collector and a negative electrode active material.SOLUTION: An electrode active material layer (including a negative electrode active material or a positive electrode active material) is formed on a base material, and a metal film is formed on the electrode active material layer by using a sputtering method. Then, the base material and the electrode active material are separated from each other at an interface to form an electrode. The electrode active material on which respective particles in contact with the metal film are adhered by being covered with the metal film using the sputtering method, is used as at least one electrode (a negative electrode or a positive electrode) of a pair of electrodes of a lithium ion secondary battery. |
